This Bhairab Degree College, Dabugaon is situated in Dabugaon, Dist-Nabarangpur in the state of odisha. This is a tribal dominant region. This college is established in the year of 1987. This area is dominated of illiteracy. This region of odisha strongly needs literate hand to support and develop this region but unfortunately there is only one college in this area which has played a strong role to build up the tribal society and its people. This college needs more support from Government.

The college is one of the most important means of develop this particular region. This college needs financial supports to modernize its infrastructure and education system, so that it will be very helpful to the tribal students for a parallel competition with students of urban area. Bhairab Degree College is located on the SH 39 and around 30 km away from the district headquarter of Nabarangpur.

To be a Center of excellence to Provide Higher Education in a Tribal sub plan area where the literacy rate is very low .The main vision of this institution is to increase the literacy rate and encourage the students of this locality for self employment.
